If in order to reproduce, it may be the case that biogenetics and bioengineering may need to essentially build, for all intents and purposes, an entire women in order for the correct combination of parts that makes up a woman (hormones, immuno-pathological systems, organs, etc.), in order for the reproductive function to occur.
