Mason has been getting in to short vids and I am mainly sticking with action reports but I did make one short for will2rise's channel

basically whenever anyone says they are something like Chaldean (religiously) which has a high correlation with non white groups they need to be grilled about "are you sure you're white" basically

I have had a white applicant who was Muslim. I don’t think there is anything for the interviewers to do differently in this scenario, nobody non-White will ever pass in-person vetting anyway. Wish that guy hadn’t wasted so much of our time though.

Agreed, but I think just being a bit extra forceful or clear about the ethnic component when they share affiliation with a typically non white group like being Muslim or Chaldean Catholic.

Example:

"I'm a Muslim"

"Interesting, how did you come to those views?"

"yadayada"

"gotcha, well I just wanna remind you again that this group has a focus on members being of the European racial stock. Is there any conflict between your religious views and that idea?"

By doing that you aren't saying "bro are you sure you're white" but instead just sort of bringing it up yet again to make them worry in the case that they are non white.

I have zero experience as an interviewer, so ultimately my advice is with a grain of salt. I'm confident you and the interviewing staff will make the necessary adjustments if they are needed.

We do not let the interviewees know that we have racial / ethnic requirements

We ask them what their lineage and ethnicity are but we don’t mention any preference or requirement. If they are non-white we will end the interview after a few more questions without explanation.

I just watched the action report. It is phenomenal. Its honestly one of the best if not the best one that I've seen (I've watched almost all of them). I am definitely biased in saying this because of how much we're in it.

Good, they need to get to the bottom of that. The fact that you nearly were killed with zero backup is beyond unacceptable, and if I ever have a say in planning of such an event I will do everything in my power to prevent such a thing from occurring. When we were talking at the vehicle exchange I didn't show it on my face but on the inside my blood was boiling.

Agreed, there needs to be more guys at the exchanges in the future and we need thorough searches of everybody before they even get to the checkpoint. Additionally, phones being turned off is not enough. They need to go in faraday bags so they cannot transmit a signal whatsoever.

For the sake of brevity i will list security related things. If you want something more exhaustive i will need to go on mumble. 1. Had feds come to his house a few months before joining because of his fedposting on telegram. Told them it was all jokes. Hes pretty certain he was barred from the marines because of it. 2. His vibe is a bit spergy, but we all see him as just immature because he is 18. 3. He is unable to be very active for stickering because he has no car and lives in white cloud michigan which is very rural. Whenever transportation is given he attends activism and conducts himself in a mature way when the activism itself is taking place. 4. He did some stupid stuff with our hike. He essentially flaked on us claiming that it was because he got covid. I almost kicked him out over it, but i had a mumble conversation with him. I told him flat out that if his behavior didnt improve id kick him. He apologized and promised to do better. So far he has done so. He attended the dc demo and gave me no reason to see him as suspicious.
