@Thomas informed me that you're wanting some information on cell phone usage. These questions were asked to @Randolph IL since he was the communications lead.

1. Had access to their phones at any time after their arrival to the campsite.
- No one in our travel party.

2. Network members who were allowed to use their phones in order to drive to the vehicle exchange.
