Can I ask this question?

Would I be considered minority since I have native american and european mixed blood or because I have white skin, I am a white person? I always struggled with this question, because I don't know where I lie on teh spectrum here.

It confuses me when I have to register my race on the applications, technically I am suppose to be on the reserve. :\

Also remember I asked for help figuring out my tribe my birth mom hide from me... I finally got her to tell me. It is Osage.
