The "alt-right" is the lower classes' way of protesting the status quo. The alt-right has few, if any intellectual substance and the ways of the alt-righters are the same as just any mass movement since the 20th century.

2017-01-14 18:16:29 UTC

what a non-argument

2017-01-14 18:16:42 UTC

lower classes - get me a citation on this

2017-01-14 18:16:54 UTC

intellectual substance - give example of it on the left

2017-01-14 18:17:07 UTC

ways of the alt righters are shaped by modern means

2017-01-14 18:17:08 UTC

Well, give me the name of an alt-right thinker

2017-01-14 18:17:25 UTC

an actual thinker, not just a random blogger

2017-01-14 18:17:33 UTC

alan de benoist, for one

2017-01-14 18:17:42 UTC

i'd also put brett in that list

2017-01-14 18:18:00 UTC

but alt-right is a new label. rejection of modernity goes back

2017-01-14 18:18:10 UTC

julius evola is most certainly an alt-right thinker

2017-01-14 18:18:18 UTC

though me might not have identified as such

2017-01-14 18:18:19 UTC

*was

2017-01-14 18:18:31 UTC

but what is your actual argument?

2017-01-14 18:18:51 UTC

you're not sufficiently impressed with the present amount of name dropping

2017-01-14 18:19:01 UTC

or do you have a better idea of how to save us from collapse?

2017-01-14 18:19:03 UTC

De benoist is not anti-muslim and anti-immigration unlike the alt-right

2017-01-14 18:20:21 UTC

My personal opinion is that the "alt-right" is just the MSMs making a "movement" out of some 4chan trolls

2017-01-14 18:20:42 UTC

No we actually dislike diversity and there's a lot of us

2017-01-14 18:21:08 UTC

"alt-right" is a tool. it's an untainted label to get behind with a variety of agendas

2017-01-14 18:21:12 UTC

De benoist argues in favor of diversity

2017-01-14 18:21:26 UTC

i don't give a shit what benoist says

2017-01-14 18:21:46 UTC

one unifying factor is the rejection of egalitarianism

2017-01-14 18:21:50 UTC

a lot flows from that

2017-01-14 18:21:58 UTC

de benoist also rejects this notion

2017-01-14 18:22:35 UTC

also he certainly is anti-immigration

2017-01-14 18:22:40 UTC

it's right in the manifesto

2017-01-14 18:22:58 UTC

but that said, he's certainly on the alt-lite side of things

2017-01-14 18:23:07 UTC

Europe is a different territory

2017-01-14 18:23:54 UTC

the extent to which you can be right-wing without repercussions is much more limited here

2017-01-14 18:24:02 UTC

*openly

2017-01-14 18:25:07 UTC

you will literally get arrested in germany for this

2017-01-14 18:27:48 UTC

Anyone has real Karl Polanyi here ?

2017-01-14 18:28:36 UTC

I have not, @The Enlightened Shepherd might have

2017-01-14 18:29:02 UTC

the well-read people mostly aren't online right now

2017-01-14 18:29:49 UTC

Or Marx? I'm interested in the "alt-rightist" consensus on him.

2017-01-14 18:31:26 UTC

I think some of his analysis fit very much in the traditionalist worldview.

2017-01-14 18:53:15 UTC

SIEG HEIl

2017-01-14 18:53:17 UTC

You're right on one point - the AltRight doesn't care a lot about a dialogue. Call us low classes? Fine. Call us stupid? Good. No one cares.

2017-01-14 18:54:08 UTC

There is the redpilled and the sheep. And personally I don't care about opposing points of view.

2017-01-14 18:55:18 UTC

Then there are people that are indifferent/don't live in areas densely packed with feral apes.
