the reason small business has never been able to develop new jobs, is because of the racial legislation that makes the labour market toxic and political, its impossible to network freely with skilled people, and anyone who you train or give experience gets headhunted with salaries from big companies, that have no correlation to an honest market, so small businesses are not a thing in this developing economy... when it needs to be the most important thing to incubate growth and skills development.

so because the economy is so badly suppressed by all the nonsense, they have to blame whites to defer the political accountability, and talk about how "black people have had it worse", while there are a lot of very rich black people who have benefited from racial policy that is destroying the functioning of the economy, and destroying institutional integrity
