Hell the UN tried their hardest to get United States to be part of the International Court which would allow Foreign Nations to extradite any United States Citizen to face charges they feel like. First they would start by charging High Ranking Military & CIA officials, thus being able to glean important information regarding our military activities if they want. Hell they would be able to indict the President of United States if they get their way, allowing for the President to face charges.
