I read a cyberpunk book once where everyone had internet connections in their brain basically and the story followed a girl who went out of her way to do shit like buy random items she didn't want and go to random places she didn't want to fuck with the ad system, and eventually she was just kind of locked out of society as an undesirable because of it

It sounds dumb put like that, but it was better done in the book.

Man, I just realized that if we get time travel we'd have to figure out how to handle temporal migrants.

Like everyone would want to find a black market time machine to get to the awesome future, but then we wouldn't have enough people in the present to create that future

I just read a book called Chronoliths that had some interesting ideas about time influence in it.

We just need to put people in super speed rockets to the moon and back a few times and time dilation will take care of things
