@Timcast repealing section 230 is both limiting regulation, and making twitter responsible for what is on their platform if they act like an editor. 230 is what lets them be both. At the very least gut 230 to only allow moderating the words banned from tv or something. All we need to do is remind people that the laws for platform vs publisher existed before 230. You should be able to rally both sides around this.
