Naw, I don't need forty acres down there. In 2-3 years I want to live full time in Tennessee with my woman. Buying 50-100 acres in the sticks and building our house.

they're a 3/3 school wich isn't bad as you teach 2 undgrad classes and one upper division/grad class per semester. easy for me. that's pretty much what i do now
