i'm not too worried about the money

im really considering chaning my deadlift routine preciselly because of spine concerns

that clean n jerk isnt good
im lifting 5-3-1 now which means thatin the last round i lift 50kg more than i weight
other ways to do lifting that are less stressful on the body
i have an extremely disciplined stance but still
yeah it's still putting lots of pressure on the spine
i just thought to chaning more repeats and less weight
in order to reduce stress

i squatted 450 in highschool

but i was small guy
yeah for my size
i dont squat at all
but it's just all in the mind
or lift anything over head other than barbells
i worked up to those weights over a few months
THAT is a killer for spine
i benched about 225
weight about 140
lol

i never lifted over 198 on bench
oh
if i was healthy atm
i know i can do 200 easy
but i weight 158 though lol
