if you are thinking you should be able to live off an entry level position
in fast food
Dude, it's not that it's entry level.
you have been standing on your head a while already
It's that people know there is NO ADVANCING from it.
I mean you can
I've worked a few jobs and never seen anyone promoted.
Than leave
You just gotta try hard or find the right place
i had roommates when out of college. rented a room in a house. bedroom was about all the private room i had, everything else shared. with 2 other people.
Yeah that's exactly what people like grant always say.
"Just leave"
Okay.
It was hard to get THAT job already.
And you're telling them to just leave.
Throw the dice somewhere else.
Okay.
I mean, I worked a gig that paid 18 an hour and left cause they were treating me bad
shit was tough, had to skip some meals for a while, although mostly because my gf was working in exchange for free grad school
Didn't pan out at the new job either. It's like.. EVERYWHERE is the exact same problem.
Then got a better job without an education of any kind
Okay can you even see why I'm frustrated with you?
This happens every time.
so i had to pay for 2 people
"Just leave."
What if you do, and the situation remains the same, every single time.
Where do you live that only job is mcdonald or walmart?
It's so easy for every company to be as bad as each other.
Somewhere that those are the only jobs.
"So just move" Right?
You were gonna say that next, right? Well think it through.
Is that where you work?
if everyone in that area works at those jobs, who are the customers?
I mean, homeless guys and ex cons can get middle management in my town.....so yeah
I'm really upset with you but I'm trying to remain polite.
Try to understand what I'm saying please.
You could learn a trade. Those tend to be needed everywhere.
True dat
You could learn a trade if you could pay for tuition.
That requires disposable income, which you will not have if you're on food stamps.
