I actually have a pet conspiracy theory going that anti-Irish/red Haired sentiments is still on going in Hollywood & That they are displacing Irish/red Haired characters with more "diverse" ones like what they did to MJ in Spider-Man Homecoming or Alice Monaghan in the upcoming Hellboy movie.

It is weird just how often it's the redheads that get replaced. On the other hand any time you see an autistic character, or to a lesser extent a trans character it seems like there's a really high chance of it being a redheaded girl.
