Why should the law have the power to grant equality?
I AM THE LAW
The law is there to provide a framework for just response to actions that violate the rights of the citizenry
Of which sexual assault can be counted
Why should that apply unequally to some citizens?
So the government decides what counts as equal?
not to grant equality. that it should be equally applied.
Agreed.
Equality before the law would be great.
There is currently a gender sentencing gap of 60%, in terms of prison time and chances of conviction.
Tillyer, Rob, Richard D. Hartley, and Jeffrey T. Ward. "Differential treatment of female defendants: Does criminal history moderate the effect of gender on sentence length in federal narcotics cases?." Criminal justice and behavior 42.7 (2015): 703-721.
So you're interested in equality of outcome
Starr, Sonja B. "Estimating gender disparities in federal criminal cases." American Law and Economics Review 17.1 (2014): 127-159.
Equality before the law requires anarcho-capitalism.
Equality before the law requires us to be ruled by NAZI PUGS!!!Q
No, I am interpreting what your saying like this: Asians commit murder at such a lower rate than blacks they can't really commit murder so don't bother investigating them
Yes, that's BS.
Its not really murder when they do it
You guys have gotten lost in your own arguments
That's also why the rate of false allegations, or the supposed rate, should not enter into due process.
You're literally saying if man hard not rape.
If that was the case, we should get rid of trials in murder cases, because the rate of false convictions is so low.
But the legal definition of certain crimes has been slanted
Yes grant I am
Doesn't matter if man retrained and force fed viagra hes hard so not rape.
unless they've been implanted with viagra
I doubt they're being raped
again
when has that ever happened
Or, as the crime rate changes, we would have to adjust due process. We just generate a random number, with percentages roughly equal to the false conviction rate, to decide if someone is guilty.
i literally linked an article
its just your wild hypothetical
and only in that hypothetical can you find something resembling rape
is that the only instance in which it would be considered rape?
i'd agree with you on that
You've been given multiple examples, including blatant instances of the things we're talking about
Also passed out man can get hard. is that still not rape?
OH, wow. Hoppe.
I am glad people are watching him.
Unsurprinsingly, the channel only has 1.7K subs, but at least it's on YT.
