If you didn't want people deducting things from their taxable income, you'd think removing the applicable deductions from, or revising the applicable deductions in, the tax code would be the first step.

Progressive or flat, if your income is all deductible, you do not and should not have to pay taxes, that's the point of deductions.

@xorgy Being an Armorer can be money if you get in on a shop or have a broad enough customer base. For me it is to eratic and I need to get set up with a brick and mortor shop.

They just need to be responsible for applying fewer unjust tax laws.
