Most people from Moscow have houses or relatives in the countryside, so the Russians are saying they would just desert the cities and spend some quality time with friends and relatives in the small villages of the countryside.

is that 2/3 of the new infected cases are young people
what Japan was doing was detecting the clusters and isolating them
