they somehow make their way
They are having a heyday.
the courts themselves, however...
I think that the courts have remained remarkably impartial.
in Canada and the U.S. at least
for the most part, judges and jury selectorates are not yet swayed by SJ nonsense
Then why are half of the Innocence Project's exonerations for false rape convictions?
because rape allegations are very often false
more of them go to trial, because people care about women
Feminists have spent the last decades absolutely corrupting due process.

Some of those rape shield laws that have been introduced are horrendous.
Everywhere states are extending or even getting rid of statutes of limitation.
Seems like we may need to #believemen.
In Canada, courts will require the defense to disclose all exculpatory evidence.
This is a disaster.
even so
even with all this shit
the courts are still applying the law to a degree of fairness
and to the extent that the laws themselves remain fair
the courts generally remain fair
so don't allow them to pass these laws.
Now, you have the added advantage in the U.S. legal system that the constitution speaks to this.
The changes in courts that have been pushed through in recent laws are some of the most dramatic erosions of due process we have seen in a century.
The supreme court has also tremendously expanded the protection of the accused
And you are acting like it's no big deal?
as it regards access to a defense attorney, the rules of evidence
We are going to see hundreds of thousands of men falsely convicted, because activist lawyers are busy plugging all holes through which men have been able to defend themselves.
This is one of the most horrendous developments in decades.
I honestly can't believe what I'm reading.
Then make that argument loud and clear to people
people who don't already agree.
Dude, what are you saying?
I am making that argument right here, right now.
And all I am getting is fog.
I agree that they are perverting it
and that thousands of people have already been victimized
I'm just saying that it ain't the courts doing it.
It's almost everyone else's fault but the courts.
No offense, but I feel like you are not arguing in earnest.
