that's like there being video of a priest molesting a boy
and just sorta... keeping him in the ministry.
Not trying to be an ass here.
Mike Nifong?
Duke Lacrosse?
Daniel Holtzclaw?
JIan Ghomeshi?
didn't all of these decide in favour of the accused?
the Ghomeshi case was resolved extremely well, the courts were verymuch on his side
These people engaged in some of the most corrupt conduct in decades and all they got was a slap on the wrist.
Was Ghomeshi the one who was restricted from using the Internet by the judge because of accusations by women?
the judge wrote extensively on the poor quality of the witnesses, and their bare and brazen misconduct and conspiracy against Jian
We have feminazi lawyers like Gloria Allred making a fortune.
@Malt_Hitman no that was another guy
Have you honestly not been paying attention?
the lawyers sure
@Timcast I have to ask, when you gonna post stuff on Tim gaming channel?
It couldn't be better for feminists in courts right now.
they somehow make their way
They are having a heyday.
I think that the courts have remained remarkably impartial.
in Canada and the U.S. at least
for the most part, judges and jury selectorates are not yet swayed by SJ nonsense
Then why are half of the Innocence Project's exonerations for false rape convictions?
because rape allegations are very often false
more of them go to trial, because people care about women
Feminists have spent the last decades absolutely corrupting due process.

Some of those rape shield laws that have been introduced are horrendous.
Everywhere states are extending or even getting rid of statutes of limitation.
Seems like we may need to #believemen.
In Canada, courts will require the defense to disclose all exculpatory evidence.
This is a disaster.
even so
even with all this shit
the courts are still applying the law to a degree of fairness
and to the extent that the laws themselves remain fair
the courts generally remain fair
if you allow your legislature to pass these laws, yes, justice will suffer
so don't allow them to pass these laws.
