the top men out of 100 resumes are higher than the top women
Whats the point of having quota's to hire women if "there are no differences between men and women".
I never got an answer to that from the people talking about this non stop
so the AI said "women is a bad trait"
and used it as a general negative term
so if you had identical resumes but one said woman
the AI told it to fuck off

it's definitely plausible for a poorly designed neural net to favor men. if it was trained on a set of resumes that were mostly men and was geared towards finding more resumes that looked like the training set.
