i dono the one thing i know for sure, is any actual trans person is more oppressed then the worst off women i've ever known, so if you want to play oppression games then (actual) trans have a very real point, but then this issue gets tied up by the illegitimacy of current gender norms ("xd im a women cause i say so." bullshit) I could see a good argument for further defining actual gender, but this isn't something that should be done off state of genitalia, but some identification/verification regarding *something* is needed
