Pinning and welding isn't too hard to do. Worst part is welding, but doesn't have to be a big weld.

Just remembet technically after single use its to be disposed, but im sure there is some wipedown of filter and washing of mask that could let it be reusable, though not ideal. But who can afford to waste it?
Lol nah see I’m not tossing them. After trips to the store I’ll lock the filter in a bag for a week and cycle them as needed. Virus is supposed to only live for 72hrs on surfaces
