@Soulless quick clot, shears, several Israeli bandages, multitool, gauze, duct tape

Tactical assault panel. Holds 8 mags and can quick connect/disconnect on buckles.

I keep it on my lower back under the camel until I can figure a way to put on my leg under the made pouch

Mine is fairly simple, little bulky because the bandages, tape and gauze

I'm working on a complete aid bag

Got a litter already

I got 3 tiers. 2 of which stay on kit

So I have a complete med bag in my assault pack complete with sutures etc my ifak is for me lol

Main bag will stay behind at any camp or fob

The other 2 is for stabilizing any condition I can think of that's in reason

Just need decomp needles as far as I can think

My ifak has 2 rolls of gauze 4 Israeli bandages extre tourniquet nasal pharyngeal airway 2 halo chest seals tension pneumothorax kit OLAES trauma tape Tyree decompression needle gloves triple antibiotic rips shears sharpie med tape alcohol pads

Decomp needles can fuck someone up if you dont do it right
