Mine is fairly simple, little bulky because the bandages, tape and gauze

I'm working on a complete aid bag

Got a litter already

I got 3 tiers. 2 of which stay on kit

So I have a complete med bag in my assault pack complete with sutures etc my ifak is for me lol

Main bag will stay behind at any camp or fob

The other 2 is for stabilizing any condition I can think of that's in reason

Just need decomp needles as far as I can think

My ifak has 2 rolls of gauze 4 Israeli bandages extre tourniquet nasal pharyngeal airway 2 halo chest seals tension pneumothorax kit OLAES trauma tape Tyree decompression needle gloves triple antibiotic rips shears sharpie med tape alcohol pads

Decomp needles can fuck someone up if you dont do it right

I can't train for using a ma duce if I can't get one

Also keep a Sam splint in my billow pocket

@Soulless surplus companies. I got a couple cats because I feel rats aren't good enough but seem effective as well

It was a toss up a little but I feel cats are quicker set up

Rats are fucking horrible I carry one because I was a dog handler and still have my pups with me and that’s what I’d use them for

Is it the whole securing part because that's what made that decision clear for me

In my opinion that’s the only good reason to use them is for a kid where the cat is too big or on a pup

If securing them in place wasn't shitty, I'd probably use it.
