So I have a large ponds-almost a lake that I have water right too , they will charge me a tax for having the water system and have it run...because it increases my property value. You got to make friend with contractor and get shit done as cash only and secret delivery and deals. The way I think about it, when we build our dream house on that land I’ll have everything I want. I’m in the process of trying to expand by 30 acres so we can build a range- move my dad there (he not on the boogie train yet) then I’ll give everyone else free lease contract to build their own shit so long as they promise to help in day to day active. Which every until now has been very helpful.
