why even have stop signs, i mean that seriously, if its a low speed low traffic area it increases accident rates to have signage (assuming drivers + pedestrians are both educated in how to interact)

It's better to have a car anyway, but you can't even walk a few blocks.

Who don't put any work into it, they make constant demands from you. They refuse to leave and they hide from you. They don't follow your laws or rules. They selfishly only care about themselves and will declare you the bad guy for wanting them to follow the law.

There was no point in leaving until 6pm or so, because if you left at 5PM you would just sit in traffic until it clears anyway.
