Visa lottery is such a bad thing for safety. I like it cuz it got me here, but it still sucks.
But they can't get the job because they are out competed by illegal immigrants who get paid less and work more.
If I can work in Mexico City, in my current profession, I think I could make do.
The bosses can legally charge people who are citizens less.

Smaller towns has less jobs, the more jobs filled up by illegal immigrants causes more citizens to move out looking for jobs.
