Most likely case is that very old and infirm get to die in normal hospital beds while the younger healthier people get ICU beds.
although the younger and healthier people in this case will usually be like 50-60
Yeah, mostly. I have heard from a few sources that Italian doctors have been alarmed how many in their 30s have been hospitalized. I don't remember if they were bad enough to require ICU care though.
