I only know a handful of governments' attitudes mostly by having lived in them. They are principally all the same in this regards. It's human nature, we are fallable and the system is designed not to address that. It's just that most people don't see it / avoid seeing it.
This pandemic is revealing soooo much bias, I had at least 4 of my own revealed to me.
