Lets be fair here, the shooting of GOP softball practice and the ANTIFA-SA Berkley riots were justification for Martial law, but none was declared.
i was pretty sure the cops said the day one bomb could have exploded he just didnt have it actually connected right

or it guarantees that there were multiple people involved and the person who got them in was competent and the maker of them wasn't
