SPLC has virtually zero credibility.

They're a hit squad at this point. Nothing more.

But they still have a great deal of credibility with most disinterested people, the left and the press.

That isn't demonstrably true by me. I deal with a lot of politically disengaged people at my place of work, and most of them laugh when the SPLC gets cited.

And if you look into just how little credibility SPLC has, you see how far they've really fallen.
