Didn't the supreme court give that power to themselves?
Yes
Did they now revoke it?
Marsbury v madison
@Zuihou they didnt give a shit about market value they made it about Race to begin with
The banks complained about this

if goverment bypasses Reposession laws
Congress should've bitch-slapped SCOTUS immediately after Marbury v Madison.
Okay, if it is one of those mechanisms that are being inferred, we will probably end up talking about the same issues, which determine if it's a good idea and if it's a good idea how we are doing it.
Do you want to get rid of judicial review or how to you want to reign it in? Are you taking the angle of a more textual approach?
At this point its impossible to reign in
Though it does need to be curb stomped
Ha @devpav now I expect scrib to spam us in stick man slap gifs
Then it sounds like a moot point, unless you are trying to hint we should revisit Marbury vs. Madison.
But eitherway I have discussed this anchor baby thing since 1am
Gonna head to bed

The political branches still have primacy over SCOTUS. All it takes is an unambiguously worded constitutional amendment. The second and third branches by design have absolutely no role in an amendment. In fact they are #2 and #3 on purpose because they were intended to be ruled by the first.
heh @Scribblehatch gg
thats a perfect responce
I love the structure of American government
@King Canuck (throws more pizza at you )
No irony
Why not send the caravan invasion to California, they are the ones screaming 'Let them in!'
