fuck it, let em kill themselves with cocaine if they want
Weed buying is legal
depends on the state
Cocaine buying funds cartels
And the worst crimes imagineable
cartels are entirely dependent on illegal products
That's a common Trope I'm tired of hearing. The overwhelming majority of those kept in high security penitentiaries are the violent dregs of humanity. The existence of jails and prisons does not dilute the depth of their crimes.
Make cocaine legal, but selling it to kids or doing anything illegal while under influence is a guillotine sentence
The cartels in Portugal still make plenty of money
And Portugal decriminalized narcotics
"high-security" being the key word here
Portugal has a shit market
Portugal stopped being an economic power the moment spices stopped being expensive
What has to happen is legit businessess have to take over the cartel's market share
Much like bringing up the < 2% of abortions that result from rape, bringing up non-violent offenders is a cop-out to the actual argument. Which in this case, happens to be rapists that manage to be arrested rather than killed.
??
I said "victimless" not "non-violent"
Define it then, as I'm guessing it refers to the hyper-fucking-minority of prisoners.
nope, quite a large number
weed
for example
Not atrested
You don't get dealt hard time for a "victimless" crime.
yes you do, dealing drugs gets you *a lot* of time
And there's a difference between arrested and convicted
Weed smoking is just something niggers prattle on about to distract from them all being criminals
Eg someone can be arrested and not convicted, or convicted and not arrested
@Lucienne d'Anwyl "alt-right now supports weed"
If you get caught with weed in ur car
That's basically dui
listen
Which is far from victimless
the shittiest people in society are most likely to smoke weed
if it keeps them docile
so be it
that's good
They also turn to criminals to pay for their drug habit
I think it's safe to say Dems and Republicans support the federal legalization of marijuana. Leaving it as a Schedule 2 drug is a dangerous appendage of the Nixon era that demands reform.
weed is cheap af where it's legal
Because there's no other source of the drug
