Faulty car parts only matter in cases where was either provable sabotage or provable corporate cheapness as it were

Like using the wrong materials or lieing about the material used

So in the case of birth control pills. You would have to be able to prove the medical company either sabotaged the drugs/condom or used the wrong parts

or faulty quality control
