Find some online messageboards, facebook groups or something that you know are frequented by men and women and just talk and discuss with people.

You'll eventually stumble across some women who will catch your interest in what they say and think, or women who give positive feedback to the stuff you say and think. And then you can move onto DM's and take it from there.
