dosnt concern me

2020-03-22 17:31:05 UTC

>crime spree

2020-03-22 17:31:11 UTC

>blame strikers for causing it

2020-03-22 17:31:13 UTC

@Lucienne d'Anwyl Ok so if there's several of us who are being treated like shit and we ALL quit en masse? (ergo a strike). Good luck replacing an entire precint quick enough 😛

2020-03-22 17:31:15 UTC

>victim blaming

2020-03-22 17:31:16 UTC

What's the difference between a strike and quitting until they give you a better offer?

2020-03-22 17:31:23 UTC

If you are screwing around where wages are concerned you deserve to suffer under a strike

2020-03-22 17:31:28 UTC

Someone who quits can be replaced

2020-03-22 17:31:37 UTC

Someone on strike is still taking up space in the system

2020-03-22 17:31:49 UTC

these guys are aight

2020-03-22 17:31:51 UTC

You don't deserve to replace someone with a lower paid worker then, fuck you

2020-03-22 17:31:56 UTC

@Lucienne d'Anwyl One person at a time yes. If 50-100 people quit at once, you won't be able to replace them fast enough. Especially not with the essential services.

2020-03-22 17:32:13 UTC

Sure but it's still better for them to quit then to strike

2020-03-22 17:32:17 UTC

Should really stand by your fellow man

2020-03-22 17:32:20 UTC

@Lucienne d'Anwyl No they're not, because people on strike aren't paid any salaries.

2020-03-22 17:32:23 UTC

They can actually start hiring new people if they quit

2020-03-22 17:32:38 UTC

They can't hire new people if they have slots taken up by people on strike

2020-03-22 17:32:40 UTC

@Lucienne d'Anwyl They can hire people to replace strikers.

It's frowned upon but not illegal.

2020-03-22 17:32:45 UTC

Labor unions destroyed coal industry in America

2020-03-22 17:32:46 UTC

The only way a company will correct behavior is if they are hit in their pockets

2020-03-22 17:32:53 UTC

There are no "slots" in the workforce.

2020-03-22 17:33:01 UTC

#thepinkertonsdidnothingwrong

2020-03-22 17:33:12 UTC

@johl kohl I'm pretty sure the enviro-fags did that.

2020-03-22 17:33:17 UTC

There are slots considering places have a maximum of x workers

2020-03-22 17:33:29 UTC

And aren't legally allowed to hire more unless they fire he ones already in them

2020-03-22 17:33:36 UTC

@Lucienne d'Anwyl Yeah and management discounts those workers if they go on strike. Easy.

2020-03-22 17:33:46 UTC

@Lucienne d'Anwyl In guess you must be refering to some fucked up french thing

2020-03-22 17:33:59 UTC

French?

2020-03-22 17:33:59 UTC

Markiplier is a man child

2020-03-22 17:34:16 UTC

How can anyone watch him?

2020-03-22 17:34:22 UTC

But then your country is fucked up in general.

Like a man being accused of being a father to a child can't legally have an independent paternity test, but is forced to just accept being a father to the kid that isn't his own.

2020-03-22 17:34:38 UTC

@Seven Proxies Look up John Lewis. He was coal union leader, who was called America's best oil salesmen. Since higher prices of coal and cuts from productions due to strikes made lots of people change to oil

2020-03-22 17:34:49 UTC

In france, they force men to be paying cucks to slutty women's offspring basically

2020-03-22 17:35:16 UTC
2020-03-22 17:35:18 UTC

@johl kohl That's just competition though

2020-03-22 17:36:10 UTC

@Seven Proxies Sure, but coal wasn't demanded as much, which made lots of people lose their jobs

2020-03-22 17:37:13 UTC

lots of people lost their life in unsafe working conditions in coal mines

2020-03-22 17:37:15 UTC

@johl kohl Their unions leaders made a bad call, sure.

Then again so did the management of the coal mining companies. If they had sorted the negotiations quicker, things might've been different.

2020-03-22 17:37:26 UTC

But it's 20/20 hindsight there since oil would take over coal eventually
