I like how atmospheric his soundtracks were.

I think that was largely due to his use of pads.

He also had just the right amount of reverb and filters such as ping pong or panning effects.

I think it's just because I liked Super Metroid that much.

It was incredibly atmospheric. And, I think I kind of have heard the FF sountracks too much.

I am kind of worn out on the FF, because it's been used to death.
