@Timcast while you seem unsure about increasing taxes in SF, it would be remiss of me to not point out that they have raised taxes many times to "fight homelessness". I'd have to go back and find all the actual bills they've passed regarding this. Taxes are just as much of a detriment to human success as a potential benefit (I'm being stupid charitable with that).
