Bethesda wanted modders to have a good time and helped out. Didn't hurt, since it was single-player only
that's a whole other story when you add multiplayer to that, later
unless they get that sorted out, I would stay away from it
might turn out cheaters heaven

I skipped to the part where they show off a lot of the glitches
lol
it's a disaster
i think we see a shift to independant developers open source platforms, and the money just shifts. steam may get cut out who knows. crypto is in town now
Do not spend your money on 76 until it is patched, at the very leeeast
developers would love to cut out steam
and gain users
aka sales
just the problem exists where every game dev ive talked to hates open source.
Lol you can still make money in open source land
the ususal FOSS business model of selling support doesn't really apply with games, yeah
Yeah, honestly
im still waiting for Club Penguin 2
Just save your money for the Strange neko sounds 2
aye
Club Penguin the revenge of the penguins
people will still buy an open source game to save the labor of compiling it
"This is a case that I have worked on passionately since 2012 ... to ensure that justice is done which was handed down by the Pakistan Supreme Court only recently," he wrote. "What I found shocking, is that the British Government is failing to put into practice the core values that our country stands for; religious freedom, justice, morally doing the right thing, and that when we see injustice where an individualβs life is in clear danger and they have been persecuted for their faith, we do all we can to help them."
same as wordpress's plugin
Yeah no shit... they don't practice that on their own citizens.
you can just go to github.com and get the woocommerce subscriptions plugin for free
but people pay 300 bucks every day
for that
much more than a game. much simplier code
so it hasn't been tried in games
ppl will pay for good stuff
sure; I mean heck, even a patreon with proper updates on the progress could do the trick
Goverment should only be helping their citizens, if citizens want to start grassroot movements to help people of the world, more power to them, I don't pay taxes for other countries.
but I guess we'll have to wait for StarCitizen to finish, first xD
@D5chU yeah. in fact a few games i know have crowd funding
one has like 80k on kickstarter
total sales like 2 mil i think
code, actually, never really was the problem of FOSS games
visuals
