How do you teach an individualist to love his volk? @Justin Burger (Major-GA)
I realised I was wrong when I read Mein Kampf
Unless a person is willing, you can't, the human brain is hardwired to defend someone's perceived notions.
I agree taxes are theft if it is spent on pointless things, but to me it's not the job of the government to provide welfare.
You said yourself they got money from industry
Then whose job is it?
Or do you allow you brothers to die of famine?
Ah yes, because sulfur and hard metals affect my personal life so much if they are state or not.
It's not anyone's job. I don't allow anyone to die. Some people die. I'm not a slave to the State to provide a life for other people. It's up to you to do that yourself. I can voluntarily contribute to charity, but stealing my money to pay for their life is wrong.
How are they stealing people's money?
They were taxed less than we are.
They still redistributed wealth. You said yourself they mostly got it from industry.
They used the direct profits from government transactions in trade and investments.
How is that stealing?
Well, technically, that is *redistribution*
They used their own profits.
Since it was their part of the industry.
They weren't taking it out of another person's hands.
I was taking the piss bro
I meant it very literally, as in the wealth was in one place and was *technically* distributed elsewhere
So none of the tax money that they did get was used for redistribution of wealth?
So our government currently practices redistribution of wealth?
Is that what you see welfare programs as?
Yes they do.
And yes I do.
Do you not?
So you're an ANCAP, don't worry I've known many of you throughout my life, it's a phase that you will grow out of, even if you really really don't think you will.
I'm not an Ancap. I'm a Constitutional Conservative. I still believe in government, just a small one that stays within the confines of the Constitution.
Libertarian, ancap, cc. It's all the same
Their ideology, dumb as it is, is still better than the weird brand of Socialism you're advocating
So by your logic, the current u.s. government is more socialistic than Nazi Germany.
In some ways. We don't really have Nationalized industry or anything, but we definitely redistribute wealth more.
If I hear *redistribution of wealth* one more time I might just have a **stroke**
Too late.
