I feel like the engine also really would have held it back

2019-10-03 17:14:15 UTC

The Creation Engine is terrible, but it's getting better

2019-10-03 17:14:15 UTC

But now that there’s Skyrim and it’s still played by millions I hope they keep to their guns on the next elder scrolls

2019-10-03 17:14:22 UTC

Oblivion is still my favorite elder scrolls.

2019-10-03 17:14:37 UTC

I was never really able to play a lot of Oblivion :(

2019-10-03 17:14:46 UTC

But I have enjoyed them all, there's honestly not a bad elder scrolls.

2019-10-03 17:14:50 UTC

I might buy it for PC sometime, because I really would like to play the fuck out of it

2019-10-03 17:15:13 UTC

I mean oblivion was great, but literally so much of the elder scrolls changed with the new engines in Skyrim it was like Bethesda needed to show the change which is why they pushed it out quickly

2019-10-03 17:15:38 UTC

Oblivion's dialogue was kinda wonky imo

2019-10-03 17:15:44 UTC

It’s like a “you know where we are now, now let us fully complete the next game thx”

2019-10-03 17:16:01 UTC

Well now the engine has already changed drastically from how it was even in Skyrim

2019-10-03 17:16:07 UTC

Oblivion’s dialogue was so bad it was so good

2019-10-03 17:16:08 UTC

Just look at Fallout 4 and 76

2019-10-03 17:16:33 UTC

I'm really interested to see how ES VI is gonna turn out on the newer version of the engine

2019-10-03 17:16:39 UTC

Tbh, I want co-op, NOT ONLINE MODE, but co-op were just you and a friend can join in,

2019-10-03 17:16:44 UTC

I just want Bethesda to stop having the same fucking voice actors for every god damn npc

2019-10-03 17:16:45 UTC

And enjoy the world and do quest together

2019-10-03 17:16:53 UTC

Agreed

2019-10-03 17:17:03 UTC

There’s a mod for Skyrim that genuinely works, but it’s a mod

2019-10-03 17:17:13 UTC

That'd be cool. Or even something like a literal arena where you can fight people online

2019-10-03 17:17:21 UTC

Not like a MOBA or anything, but like a fighter's guild

2019-10-03 17:17:28 UTC

Like imagine if Skyrim and Oblivion came with a co-op feature.

2019-10-03 17:17:47 UTC

And like you would still be able to play in the world you guys traded together when the other ones offline.

2019-10-03 17:17:47 UTC

I always wanted co-op for the older Fallout games

2019-10-03 17:17:47 UTC

For some reason that gave me a fable 3 vibe

2019-10-03 17:17:58 UTC

Fable 3 was amazing too

2019-10-03 17:18:02 UTC

Hell yeah it was

2019-10-03 17:18:08 UTC

They even added stds

2019-10-03 17:18:13 UTC

I have never played the Fable series.

2019-10-03 17:18:22 UTC

I only played Fable 3

2019-10-03 17:18:26 UTC

Same

2019-10-03 17:18:29 UTC

Your choices genuinely matter in the game

2019-10-03 17:18:32 UTC

It’s great

2019-10-03 17:18:36 UTC

I thought it was weird going into it, but I fell in love with it super hardcore

2019-10-03 17:18:50 UTC

I remember when I went and bought condoms LOL

2019-10-03 17:18:54 UTC

Like all the different areas that can be changed by your decisions is amazing, especially the impact that they would have

2019-10-03 17:19:01 UTC

Oh yeah

2019-10-03 17:19:21 UTC

That's prob my biggest thing for a game, is how *I'm* going to impact the world

2019-10-03 17:19:42 UTC

Honestly the first time I played I was in middle school. I struggled getting money for the end. But when I played as a junior/ senior in high school it was so easy because the key is to literally buy all the properties 😂

2019-10-03 17:19:49 UTC

Definitely why New Vegas was my favorite Fallout game. It immersed me into the world and made me feel like my choices were going to make significant impacts

2019-10-03 17:20:02 UTC

Hopefully the 76 disaster makes them try harder, because like most people said, the community has lost their trust.
