The only other way to do it without C4 is to unlock the room, chuck a grenade and close the door. The fire won’t enter the room. But I don’t have 75 lock pick skill. I’m at 68.

I ate the mentats and used a lock pick magazine and it didn’t raise it enough. I just level up to get it to 68

If I can find more mentats it might get me to 75
