Essential healthcare and general education should be covered by government

and by education i mean that when you leave high school, if you gave a shit, you should be able to function pretty well in society with a functional grip on how to work your finances, how to find a career and persue it, and how to take care of yourself

With enough generalized knowledge of humanities, arts and sciences to pique the interest of anyone who might want to persue that further

college and university? That's gonna be expensive, but should give you skills industries actually want

essential healthcare would be anything strictly medical. Surgeries, antibiotics, stuff like that. You could argue that for Trans people regarding top and bottom surgeries and horomone treatments, but that's another debate

If you want those last few, you'd need intense verification from various doctors and specialists and such. (or, be of 21 or above.)

Maybe bar those surgeries until 21. /shrug

Again, the trans angle is something that's worth its own debate
