The whole week is to prepare them. Test are mostly there to determine where they are lacking and personalize the next lessons.

2018-11-28 02:51:37 UTC

have all of your students invest in bitcoin

2018-11-28 02:51:39 UTC

And they cant do the tests during the week because?

2018-11-28 02:51:42 UTC

Once they reach a certain threshold where they need, they can advance to next level classes.

2018-11-28 02:51:54 UTC

If they request to do test early, they can.

2018-11-28 02:52:03 UTC

But the week is mostly for learning and studying, figuring out things.

2018-11-28 02:52:19 UTC

Having enough learning and studying involved, to prepare them for the tests.

2018-11-28 02:52:30 UTC

STudents can opt to work together in groups.

2018-11-28 02:52:32 UTC

Study groups.

2018-11-28 02:52:33 UTC

Mastery education is what you are talking about, but that isn’t very viable except in certain circumstances

2018-11-28 02:52:44 UTC

TBH from personal experience we just need less of the useless information and degrees we hand out in higher education

2018-11-28 02:53:04 UTC

I want hands on and hands off schooling.

2018-11-28 02:53:08 UTC

Yes, are system is extremely anachronistic

2018-11-28 02:53:10 UTC

With personal lessons.

2018-11-28 02:53:18 UTC

What are the teachers supposed to do?

2018-11-28 02:53:19 UTC

And social projects.

2018-11-28 02:53:29 UTC

Not have a social life ?

2018-11-28 02:53:31 UTC

You can’t do anything with centralized studies when your major is Gender Studies.

2018-11-28 02:53:36 UTC

The teachers are there to help guide them and give them their projects, also help them understand where they are lacking.

2018-11-28 02:53:47 UTC

24 hour turn around period between the tests taken and the next lessons?

2018-11-28 02:54:02 UTC

Degrees in the Healthcare and tech fields are necessary but not many of these so called “degrees” they hand out now

2018-11-28 02:54:09 UTC

People really shouldn't go into college before having at least a semblance of a career path in mind.

2018-11-28 02:54:15 UTC

What will be taught in the class is up to the discretion of the teachers.

2018-11-28 02:54:22 UTC

It’s de validating the college education because you have idiots invading higher education.

2018-11-28 02:54:26 UTC

And shall be more personalized depending on the teachers themselves.

2018-11-28 02:54:34 UTC

Exactly

2018-11-28 02:54:38 UTC

Being pushed into college with no idea what to do is the best way to get a shitty degree.

2018-11-28 02:54:42 UTC

So you want the tests to happen on sat/sunday

2018-11-28 02:54:50 UTC

then you want the next lesson to be on monday

2018-11-28 02:54:55 UTC

Yes. Set standard time, but if they want, they can have test early

2018-11-28 02:55:00 UTC

If they pass tests, they can have time off.

2018-11-28 02:55:10 UTC

Which means that within 24 hours the teachers are supposed to grade the tests. Analyze the tests. Develop new lessons.

2018-11-28 02:55:15 UTC

I would say have four day school week that is slightly longer and a three day weekend.

2018-11-28 02:55:25 UTC

If they don't pass tests, they can have after school classes to help catch them up.

2018-11-28 02:55:26 UTC

On a weekend no less

2018-11-28 02:55:30 UTC

I think the 4 day 3 day is a good idea

2018-11-28 02:55:35 UTC

Especially for higher education

2018-11-28 02:56:08 UTC

Considering that many students in higher education such as myself have actual work ethics and jobs outside of school it needs to be a set week with 3 days off for side projects and work.

2018-11-28 02:56:11 UTC

Just my opinion

2018-11-28 02:56:19 UTC

You're right Black, I need to leave a day for teachers to get the lessons ready.

2018-11-28 02:56:22 UTC

Yes, especially earlier grade school should be at 5 days, but I would say middle school and up, four days is better.
