I’m growing more convinced that any immigration is bad for the world in general; it allows emigration countries to put off their problems by sending discontents to the West, hurts the West by increasing completion in the job market and deflating wages, and even if we did high skilled immigration we’d be stealing the best and brightest of developing nations who need these people more than the west to help fix their countries
