And Declaration of independence.
People don't realize how badly lobotimized education has been via the left.
pratel, I heard of "Common Sense" from my parents. The book was only mentioned twice in two classes, 7th grade and 12th grade
So, Dusty, how was the amendment to ban booze illegal, or not followed by republican principles?
@AHeroQuest Exactly. This stuff used to be required reading.
Because United States contains some form of democracy in small instance, doesn't mean it is a Democracy. Because United States contained some form of monarch, doesn't make it a monarch, and because United States contains some form of whatever the house is doesn't make it that either. That is why we have three chambers of governance. House, Senate, and White House.
WE are a Republic.
The entire idea of American governance is literally founded on democracy.
Not either of these thigns.
The US is a constitutional republic
legislative, executive, judicial
Exactly Abel.
The Founding fathers were actually afraid of too much democracy.
I thought this was common knowledge
Apparently not
They worried it could lead to mob rule.
Mob rule yes.
Thank you pratel.
It IS mob rule
Trying to force the effects of people's votes down certain tubes to change how it affects things doesn't change the fact that all portions of American government ultimately funnel back to the will of the people.
Sure. But would you want to put freedom of speech up for public vote?
All these years of the politicians saying United States is a democracy is a fucking lie.
The US is not a democracy, but it is heavily democratic.
It happens in the Northeast and it somehow never ends up very free. Or applied selectively.
welcome to public education 😂 😢
Sorry for getting annoyed pratel and Abel.
Yeah, well private isn't that much better
Private can be much better... or much worse
It was getting frustrating to me trying to explain this to them.
? No harm no foul? I didn't even realize you were annoyed @Dusty Morgan
Would it be possible to fight back against mob rule by removing the vote from all women who haven't served in the military?

This succinctly demonstrates the obvious outcome of YouTube's aggressive content policing.

That just changes the mob
No. And that wouldn't be fair anyway @Malt_Hitman
@Dusty Morgan so let’s say this; what if 90% of the American public all agreed to elimination of prostitution, and could pass a amendment; would that be sufficient for you?
no. that will create a revolt if you try to take away the right to vote
might be easier to use their own rules against them and to make them fight against each other in their intersectional wars
The money WILL dry up eventually
Even if you disagreed on it
Toy reviews make big bucks because child audiences are very susceptible to advertising.
