If you have absolute understanding of everything and anything that ever existed, you would technically be like a god.
You could say... toy with the fundimental laws and rules of the universe.

If you understand the Universe on such a scale of absolute knowledge, you could in sense make yourself omnipotence and omnipresence.

So in sense, if you achieve absolute pinnacle of knowledge, you are a god.
Or being Omnipresent would give you Omniscience which leads to Omnipotence
Hell.... you would make your civilization technically gods.
