they gut and salt fish, then place on wire racks... the stuff that drips down is the fish sauce.... tastes better then it sounds though strangely

then if they say no, she tells them that they take a bunch of live ducks and put them in a heated metal carousel with holes in the bottom. As the carousel spins, the ducks have to walk. The heat makes the ducks sweat and the holes allow the sweat to fall down into a vat. The ducks also pee into this vat as well. The vat then mixes the duck sweat and pee together, making the duck sauce have that nice orange color. voila DUCK SAUCE
