Hey that works, I hadnt ever seen that before
Exactly lol
Lol you have a fair point 🤣
Define older stuff in psa...
Also be honest how many rounds through the psa ar
My psa lower came with the buffer tube incorrectly installed
@gunsforthepoors17 Do you only think that they are incorrectly assembled or do you believe the parts are bad aswell?
I've ran lower parts kits from PSA for about 4k rounds no issue. Havent really shot their upper a whole lot
@товарищ I think in my case the lower was poorly assembled which if you do a quick google search on the forums seems to be a common issue. And the parts arent necessarily bad what you're paying for in premium option is qc garentees and high standards of production
Ok
If you're producing something en mass at low cost your not spending as much time inspecting the component and/or the raw material is cheaper. Top manufacturers are constantly trying to increase quality of materials to get an edge, palmeto makes there buck being a rifle anyone can buy...
Which is not necessarily bad but calling them the same as a duty grade or something you would entrust your life with every time.... I'll take a hard pass on thier ars...
Ok. Theoretical question, what would be better? Spending $500 on a rifle and then $1000 on training or $1500 on a rifle with no training?
Or in my case spend $600 on a rifle and train yourself lol
I mean I'll just find a different upper, it's no big deal
Honestly, spend 6-8 on a good rifle. Assemble it yourself. It will be what you want and the set up you desire. There are to many tutorials to count on youtube. Dont cheap out on the optic because that's what makes your rifle. Spend 200 on a decent holosun or similar. The training I can do for free. I just want to see you have a good set up and a decent amount of ammo to get familiar with. That's just my humble opinion.
I'm fine with the kalash and it's what I've been training with, the AR was just a project I was gonna do with my dad
And I'm probably gonna get a micro aimpoint
I love my PSA rifle as well and have had ZERO issues with it. Just saying as an ideal goal that would be the best way to go.
With how saturated the AR market is I think youd have a harder time finding a consistent poor quality AR then a decent cheap one
I'll give you that 😂 but you get my point
I do for sure, it's a good time to buy for the most part!
I had a stroke and said aimpoint instead of primary arms
I was gonna say something but who am I to judge
Hey I'd run aimpoint all day long
I would two, just not on a PSA lol
Not to shit on PSA but I'd run a rock river with an eotech or something instead
Lol I'd run a comp m on a PSA and maybe a second hand EOtech
2nd hand eotechs are the way to go imo. I got a 552 for $200
No shit? You ever look at a website called TacSwap?
No. I'll give it a look rn. I bought it off Instagram. It's pretty old but I figured I can send it in and get it rebuilt
512s new are only $400 on amazon rn
It's a pretty good site, I've done alot of trades, selling and buying on there. That's the good thing about EOtech, I'm thinking about getting the magnifier set up but I'm not 100% sure yet
I would assume itd be good quality but I'm not a big magnifier fan
Yea they are nice and I love the ability to stick a PVS14 in front and have night vision capabilities
You'll definitely like it. Just more if you can afford it at the time
Well yes, I used a friend of mines one night and oh my was it glorious. It's would just be a set up that would be bought over about a year or so
Yea and if you buy used wait for a good deal
That's for sure, that's when I buy alot of my stuff
