The west coast states are getting fucked by Californians moving to neighboring states and turning them into cali as well.
We need to boog, but getting it off the ground isn't easy, if shoot for a rural state. Laid back pace and people don't judge too harshly. I've had many Californians tell me they prefer the pace of things out here over commiefornia

@ThaOGKB NC isnt bad, especially the mountains. N georgia is ok, transplants are in small numbers and are boomers so theyll die soon. Tennessee is based as fuck and Chattanooga is a great city.
