because if people like him they're going to seek after him
very true
he's already known
I speak more of the unknowns
I think about 80% of the time Iām on here Iām taking a shit
ive seen some architecture students in my local university library
they seem to focus particularly with drawn
is there a concept to it?
like they have roughly 20 feet of paper lined up with a specific pattern
id ask them why, but it's a library so i would think it nosy and intrusive
Yeah, they have to learn projection and stuff
My college is an engineering/architecture college, so I end up sitting near architecture students during lunch
oh so they're working up to 3d shapes in their drawings?
Basically, yes
yeah when i see a wave across 30 feet of paper im allowed to be confused
Think of it like art school, but you only draw still life, and all the still life has to be accurate to the millimetre
The patterns are the basics.
I'll go ask a couple of them about it during lunch, hopefully I'll get more info
well ill try and keep some things in mind and ask questions if im ever going to go on to architectural engineering and all that
and fine arts
I'm almost convinced Disney basically has a concentration camp of art school graduates
Forcing them to draw untill every last drop of creativity is gone
i dont doubt it
i wonder how many of them are indian
I doubt it
Indians don't go to art school, they go to STEM
well looking at what disney used to do, they had a bunch of women draw from originals
Fun fact, more than 70% Indian graduates are engineering graduates
i imagine there's a lead and then small sections they need to draw to copy it
but since disney is basically all fill in the blanks today, probably not
i was impressed by disney's old style, though
snow white was apparently made in depths
hard not to be impressed by the bronze age of disney
well they only began pulling out of being complex by making systems that made it easier
but im always impressed when i wash up to disneyland
so it wouldnt be that bad to be involved in it for me
im hoping within the next 20 years they do another 2d film
might be fun to do a mulan inspired area
